Andreas Rier - VASE AUS GLAS

Craftsmanship plays a central role in the creation of Andreas Rier's glass works. The vase present at ICARO was created by inserting molten glass into a rotten wooden tree trunk and then blowing it. This technique highlights and underlines a particular material nature, giving life to curves, lines and stratifications with a striking visual and sensorial impact.
